Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 777pp ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the 777pp platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. Continued use of 777pp following any amendment to these Terms shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain an account with 777pp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must register in your own name and provide accurate, current, and complete personal information.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account with 777pp. Only one account per person is permitted.

777pp reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension, the withholding of withdrawals, or permanent closure of your account.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777pp account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, permit any other person to access your account, or use another person's account for any reason.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not you personally authorized it — is your responsibility. 777pp shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You must promptly update your account information if any of your details change. Providing false or misleading information at any point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and the forfeiture of any associated funds.

Deposits and Withdrawals

777pp supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods. All transactions are processed in BDT and the following conditions apply:

• Accepted payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and local bank transfer.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification.
• 777pp reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is an ongoing investigation into account activity, a suspected breach of these Terms, or a pending KYC verification.

All deposits must come from a payment source held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account closure. 777pp does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time 777pp may offer welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page.
• 777pp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted by players.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or multiple account creation will be forfeited and the relevant accounts closed.

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of fraudulent or dishonest conduct.

• Exploiting errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.

777pp employs sophisticated fraud detection systems operating around the clock. Any attempt to manipulate outcomes or exploit the platform will be identified and acted upon swiftly. Decisions by 777pp in relation to prohibited activities are final.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 777pp platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the site, is the exclusive property of 777pp or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the 777pp platform without the express written permission of 777pp. Unauthorized use of any platform content may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offence under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777pp, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any content or services provided through it. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

777pp makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the platform, nor that results obtained from using the platform will be accurate or reliable. Access to the platform may be suspended temporarily without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, or for reasons beyond our control.

Amendments to These Terms

777pp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform or by sending an email to the address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The date shown in the effective date badge at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last reviewed and updated. Your continued use of the platform after any posted amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 777pp platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction. 777pp encourages users to contact our support team in the first instance to resolve any issue informally and promptly before initiating formal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
